What information does the sales team collect?

  • The sales team will collect information such as the inventory of items you intend to move,  your desired move date and time, and addresses for pickup and delivery and will assist you in determining prices, providing estimates, and signing the moving agreement.
  • For moves in Montreal, Ottawa, and North Bay, our team will discuss flexible pickup and delivery dates, and prices may vary for same-day service.

Afterward, you will

  • Verify that the estimate includes all the details you discussed with the sales agent.
  • If any changes are necessary, you can observe real-time updates and modifications in the same link until your move is completed.
  • Sign the estimate and moving agreement online.
  • Consent to and sign the damage policy.
  • Sign and submit the credit card authorization.
  • Make the deposit using your preferred method, such as e-transfer or credit card.

After confirmation

Within 24 hours before moving day, our team will contact you via email, text, or phone call to remind you and ensure a smooth transition. You may request rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled move date. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the move less than two weeks before the scheduled date.

On Moving Day

  • Our supervisor will contact you to provide an estimated arrival time.
  • Upon arrival, the supervisor will inspect your inventory and note any damages.
  • If necessary, we will dismantle the furniture.
  • Items requiring protection will be wrapped with blankets, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and other packing materials.
  • The inventory will be loaded and stacked systematically using moving tools such as 2-wheelers, 4-wheelers, and straps. (For long-distance moves, a copy of the inventory will be provided to the customer.)
  • We will drive to the destination. Upon arrival, we will unload and provide room-to-room service as per your request.
  • If you request, we will reassemble furniture and handle unpacking.
  • We will provide a final bill, and payment can be made through E-transfer, cash, or credit card.
